  • Mr Pearlman has a BS Degree in Chemistry from UCLA and a MBA Degree from Pepperdine University’s Presidential/Key Executive program.

 

  • Mr. Pearlman has spent several decades teaching Real Estate Development at Wharton School as well as years of teaching at USC’s Lusk school and UCLA’s Anderson School, Extension Division.

 

  • During the past 38 years, Arthur Pearlman has developed 41, mixed-use shopping centers throughout California and in Nevada. The tenants within these centers include America’s best retailers as well as office, residential, entertainment and specialty users.  He is experienced in working with Leases, Covenants, Conditions, and Regulations (CC&Rs) as well as with Real Estate Agreements (REAs) between public and private sector entities.

 

  • Mr. Pearlman’s extensive experience working with owners, tenants, cities, states, regulatory agencies, local communities and special interest groups has formed the basis which he applies to his Litigation Support clients.

Arthur Pearlman is recipient of the 2010 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Trustees' Distinguished Service Award, ICSC's highest honor and most prestigious official recognition of distinguished service and contribution to the association, to the worldwide retail real estate industry, and to society and the community at large.
